Driving around Barbados is an adventure not to be missed! Locals are friendly and more than willing to point you in the right direction if you stray. It's also an island with an amazing network of roads and loads of traffic at peak times. As a visitor, it may be best to avoid travelling during the rush hours and remember to watch out for the occasional pot hole and the open drains at the side of the road. Get yourself a good map and go exploring - it's the only way to see the island!
