The inaugural Ansa McAl Racing Festival was announced yesterday to take place on 21st November. The main race will be the Ansa McAl Barbados Trophy over 1570 metres with a $75,000 purse. A day of rich and varied entertainment is planned including a hat compeition and live performances by local bands.

  Another main attractions will be the third edition of the Winter Jockey Challenge with five international jockeys pitted against the local experts!
