Thursday 19th January 2012: Optional Event; The Two Restaurants Race, 18 mile handicap warm up race.
Saturday 21st January 2012: Mount Gay Rum Round Barbados Race, Pursuit Race to establish record times. First Start off The Barbados Cruising Club, Pebbles Beach at approx. 0700 Hrs.

Social Programme
Wednesday 18th January, 1700 Hrs: Race Entry submission closes. Skippers Briefing followed by the race welcome party at the Barbados Cruising Club.
Wednesday 18th January: Ceremonial Skipper's Weighing.
Thursday 19th January, 1800 Hrs: The Mount Gay Rum "Red Cap" Party at the Barbados Cruising Club.
Friday 20th January, 1700 Hrs: Mount Gay Rum Visitors Centre tour and party at the Mount Gay Rum Visitors Centre, Brandons, St. Michael. Free admission for all registered crew and invited guests.
Saturday 21st January, from 1600 Hrs: Post Race Party at the Barbados Cruising Club.
Sunday 22nd January, from 1900 Hrs: Dinner, Dance and Mount Gay Rum Party at The Beach House, St. James.

Prize giving
Sunday 22nd January, 2100 Hrs: Grand Prize Giving Ceremony, Dance and Party at The Beach House. Free entry for all registered crew and invited guests.
