Bridgetown, Barbados – The fourth staging of Gold Cup Village has once again proven to be one of the most vibrant and engaging experiences surrounding Barbados’ premier horse racing event. Organizers are celebrating another successful year, highlighted by growing attendance numbers from both Barbadian patrons and visiting tourists who came together to enjoy the unique atmosphere, entertainment, and hospitality offered at the Village.
Since its inception, Gold Cup Village has steadily grown into a key feature of race day festivities, providing an energetic and welcoming space for guests to celebrate the excitement of the day while enjoying food, drinks, music, and premium viewing of the action.
The organizers expressed their sincere appreciation to the Barbados Turf Club for believing in the vision from the very beginning and for their continued support in helping the event evolve into a standout experience on the Gold Cup calendar.
Gratitude was also extended to the many sponsors whose contributions make the event possible each year. Organizers thanked both long-time partners who have supported the Village since its early years and the new sponsors who joined the initiative for the latest staging.
However, organizers emphasized that the true heart of the event lies with the guests themselves.
“We are incredibly grateful to every person who chose to spend their Gold Cup day with us,” the organizing team noted. “The energy, enthusiasm, and support from our guests are what continue to drive the growth and success of Gold Cup Village.”
Founder and organizer Mr. Dominic Hill reflected on the journey of bringing the concept to life.
“Gold Cup Village was a vision I had for several years before we finally decided to bring it to life. I believed there was room to create a vibrant, premium experience that complemented the excitement of Gold Cup day while bringing people together in a unique way. Seeing how the event has grown over the past four years, and the incredible support from locals, visitors, sponsors, and the Barbados Turf Club, makes the journey truly worthwhile.”
Following the success of this year’s staging, organizers are already looking ahead with excitement. Planning is underway for the fifth staging of Gold Cup Village, scheduled to return for Gold Cup Day 2027, where guests can expect an even bigger and better experience.
